New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 564-F NEW HAMPSHIRE FOUNDATION ACT·Subdivision ARTICLE 3Formation
All persons who purport to act as or on behalf of a foundation while knowing that a foundation had not been formed under this chapter are jointly and severally liable for all liabilities created while acting in that manner.
