§ 564-F:10-1001 — Board of Directors
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 564-F NEW HAMPSHIRE FOUNDATION ACT·Subdivision ARTICLE 10Directors
(a)A foundation shall have a board of directors.
(b)Unless the governing documents provide otherwise, the board of directors shall have general responsibility for managing the foundation's affairs and the authority to exercise the foundation's powers.
