§ 564-F:10-1003 — Number
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 564-F NEW HAMPSHIRE FOUNDATION ACT·Subdivision ARTICLE 10Directors
(a)A foundation shall have at least one director.
(b)Subject to subsection (a), the number of directors may be increased or decreased:
(1)In accordance with the provisions of the governing documents governing the method for increasing or decreasing the number of directors; or
(2)By an amendment of the governing documents.
