§ 564-F:22-2203 — Penalty for Filing False Document
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 564-F NEW HAMPSHIRE FOUNDATION ACT·Subdivision ARTICLE 22Reports and Other Filings
(a)A person commits an offense by:
(1)Filing with the secretary of state a document that the person knows is false in any material respect; or
(2)Signing a document that the person knows is false in any material respect with intent that the document be delivered to the secretary of state for filing.
(b)An offense under this section is a misdemeanor.
