§ 564-F:21-2110 — Resignation of the Registered Agent
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 564-F NEW HAMPSHIRE FOUNDATION ACT·Subdivision ARTICLE 21Foreign Foundations
(a)A foreign foundation's registered agent may resign as registered agent by filing with the secretary of state a notice of resignation.
(b)The notice of resignation may include a statement that the foreign foundation's registered office in this state is discontinued.
(c)The secretary of state shall send a copy of the notice of registration to the foreign foundation at the foreign foundation's principal office.
(d)The registered agent's appointment shall terminate on the earlier of:
(1)Thirty-one days after the filing of the notice of resignation with the secretary of state; or
(2)The date of the appointment of a successor registered agent.
