New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 564-F NEW HAMPSHIRE FOUNDATION ACT·Subdivision ARTICLE 21Foreign Foundations
(a)Each foreign foundation shall continuously maintain in this state a registered office.
(b)A foreign foundation's registered office may be the same as any of its offices in this state.
