§ 564-F:21-2105 — Effect of Registration
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 564-F NEW HAMPSHIRE FOUNDATION ACT·Subdivision ARTICLE 21Foreign Foundations
(a)Subject to RSA 564-F:21-2116, a foreign foundation's registration under RSA 564-F:21-2102 authorizes the foreign foundation to engage in any registrable activity in this state.
(b)A registered foreign foundation:
(1)Has the same rights and privileges as a domestic foundation; and
(2)Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the same duties, restrictions, penalties, and liabilities now or later imposed on a foundation of like character.
(c)This chapter does not authorize this state to regulate the organization or internal affairs of a registered foreign foundation.
