§ 564-F:20-2010 — Effects of Administrative Dissolution

New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 564-F NEW HAMPSHIRE FOUNDATION ACT·Subdivision Part BAdministrative Dissolution
(a)A foundation that is administratively dissolved continues its existence as a legal entity but may not engage in any activities except to the extent necessary or appropriate to wind up its affairs in accordance with RSA 564-F:20-2005 to RSA 564-F:20-2008.
(b)A foundation's administrative dissolution does not terminate the authority of the foundation's registered agent.
(c)For a period of 120 days after the date of mailing of a notice of administrative dissolution under RSA 564-F:20-2009(b) and subject to subsection (d), the secretary of state shall not permit any person to use or reserve:
(1)A name that is the same as or similar to the name of a foundation that was administratively dissolved under RSA 564-F:20-2009; or
(2)A trade name registered by the limited liability company unde
