New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 564-F NEW HAMPSHIRE FOUNDATION ACT·Subdivision ARTICLE 12Protectors
(a)A foundation may have one or more classes of protectors.
(b)Each class of protectors shall have the duties and powers assigned to that class under the governing documents.
