New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 564-F NEW HAMPSHIRE FOUNDATION ACT·Subdivision ARTICLE 12Protectors
(a)Unless the governing documents provide otherwise, a foundation may have one or more protectors.
(b)The number of protectors may be increased or decreased:
(1)In accordance with the provisions of the governing documents governing the method for increasing or decreasing the number of protectors; or
(2)By an amendment of the governing documents.
