§ 564-F:12-1201 — Protectors
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 564-F NEW HAMPSHIRE FOUNDATION ACT·Subdivision ARTICLE 12Protectors
(a)A foundation may have one or more protectors.
(b)A protector shall have any duties and powers set forth in the governing documents.
(c)Unless the governing documents provide otherwise, a protector shall have the power to commence a judicial proceeding for the purposes of:
(1)Protecting the foundation's purposes; or
(2)Enforcing the provisions of the governing documents.
