§ 553:8 — Executor of Executor
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 553 ADMINISTRATORS AND THEIR APPOINTMENT
The executor of an executor shall not, in consequence thereof, become the executor of the first testator.
