§ 553:11 — Revocation of Administration by Consent
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 553 ADMINISTRATORS AND THEIR APPOINTMENT
The trust may be revoked under any circumstances, with the consent of the executor or administrator, when it shall appear to the judge to be proper.
