§ 553:12 — Resignation of Executor or Administrator
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 553 ADMINISTRATORS AND THEIR APPOINTMENT
Any executor or administrator may, upon his request, be allowed to resign his trust, whenever it appears to the judge to be proper to allow him to do so.
