Text
The judge of probate may on his own motion issue a citation directed to any fiduciary appointed by or responsible to the probate court, requiring such fiduciary to appear before him to inform the court concerning any matters related to his trust over which the court has jurisdiction, and upon due notice and hearing, may make such order or decree as appears to the judge to be proper.
