Text

The selectmen of every town, and the councilors or aldermen of every city, which have a village district established under the provisions of this chapter lying in whole or in part within said town or city, shall file with the secretary of state the following information concerning the village district or districts within their respective municipalities. I. Within one year of the enactment of this section there shall be filed:

(a)The name of the village district;
(b)The powers granted to said district; and
(c)The territorial boundaries of the district. II. Thereafter, within one year of any change in the above, there shall be filed:
(a)Any change in the name, powers or territorial limits of the district; and
(b)Any notice of dissolution of the district.
