§ 52:11-b — Public Body
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 52 VILLAGE DISTRICTS
Every legislative body, governing body, board, commission, or committee of any village district established under this chapter shall be deemed a "public body" under RSA 91-A and shall be subject to all applicable provisions of that chapter.
