§ 52:13 — Warning of Meetings
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 52 VILLAGE DISTRICTS
In case of a vacancy in the office of commissioners, or of their neglect or refusal to warn a meeting or insert an article in a warrant, or of failure to hold an annual meeting, a meeting of the district may be called and warned in the same manner as in like cases in towns.
