§ 52:20 — Reporting Appointments
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 52 VILLAGE DISTRICTS
The clerk of any district having firewards or engineers shall forthwith after their appointment from time to time report their names and post-office addresses to the town clerks of the town in which the district is situated; and if he fails to do so he shall be fined $20.
