Text
Upon like petition, the court may issue a commission to any special commissioner, authorizing him to summon or cause to be summoned such director, officer or agent to appear before him and give his deposition for use in such proceeding, and such summons may require the person so summoned to produce books, records and papers in connection with his deposition.
