Text
Upon the petition of a party to such proceeding, a justice of the superior court may issue such order as shall seem to the court to be reasonable and just, requiring such director, officer or agent to appear and testify in such proceeding, and upon such order the clerk of the superior court for any county may issue a summons requiring compliance with the order.
