§ 516:1 — Summons

New Hampshire·Title LIII PROCEEDINGS IN COURT·Ch. 516 WITNESSES·Subdivision Attendance of Witnesses
A summons or subpoena not executed under seal shall be as effectual as though sealed. Writs of summons to witnesses shall be substantially in the form following: THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE __________ ss. To __________ : You are required to appear at __________ , in the county of __________ , on the __________ day of __________ , to testify what you know relating to __________ , then and there to be heard, in which __________ is __________ and __________ is __________ .
