§ 511:42 — Scire Facias
New Hampshire·Title LII ACTIONS, PROCESS, AND SERVICE OF PROCESS·Ch. 511 ATTACHMENTS·Subdivision Bonds Given in Discharge of Attachments
If the bond is forfeited, any attaching creditor or his representative may bring a writ of scire facias thereon within 2 years after the cause of action accrues, and not afterward, and 2 or more creditors may join in the action, and separate executions shall be awarded to each for the amounts due to them respectively.
