Text
If the person to whom payment of the redemption or purchase money was made, being requested to make a conveyance, and having his reasonable charges therefor paid or tendered to him, unreasonably neglects or refuses to make it, the creditor may maintain an action of assumpsit against him for the money paid with interest.
