Text
The chief justice of the superior court shall appoint an administrative assistant who shall serve at his pleasure. The administrative assistant shall serve as fiscal officer of the superior court and shall perform such other duties as may be required by the chief justice and shall receive such salary as may be provided by appropriation therefor.
