§ 491:14-a — Defendant's Name

New Hampshire·Title LI COURTS·Ch. 491 SUPERIOR COURT
When the name of the defendant is unknown to the plaintiff, a bill in equity may be brought against him by a fictitious name, and it shall not for that cause be abated, but may be amended on such terms as the court may order.
