§ 491:20 — Procedure
New Hampshire·Title LI COURTS·Ch. 491 SUPERIOR COURT·Subdivision Proceedings for Contempts Before Other Bodies
Upon the filing of a petition pursuant to RSA 491:19, the court or justice shall have authority to proceed in the matter as though the original proceeding had been in the court, and may make orders and impose penalties accordingly.
