§ 49-C:22 — Fiscal Year
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 49-C LOCAL OPTION-CITY CHARTERS·Subdivision Finance
The fiscal and budget year of the city shall begin on January 1, or July 1, unless another date shall be fixed by the charter or by ordinance, and the charter shall address any interim period or transition.
