§ 49-C:10 — Vacancies
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 49-C LOCAL OPTION-CITY CHARTERS·Subdivision Elections
The charter shall provide a procedure for filling vacancies in the offices of mayor, aldermen, and councilors until the next municipal or state general election at which time an election shall be held for the unexpired term.
