Text

Each commissioner designated or appointed by the governor and council, who, while such commissioner holds no salaried state office, shall be paid by the state as compensation the sum of $30 for each day's service performed in connection with his duties as such commissioner but not to exceed $600 in any fiscal year. Such compensation shall be paid by the state treasurer, upon warrant of the governor, with the advice and consent of the council, upon bills approved by the chairman or vice chairman and treasurer of the commission. All commissioners shall be entitled to their actual expenses incurred in the performance of their duties as such.
