§ 484:15 — Commissioner
New Hampshire·Title L WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION·Ch. 484 WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION COMPACTS·Subdivision Northeastern Water and Related Land Resources Compact
After the aforesaid compact shall become effective and operative as previously provided, the governor, with the advice and consent of the council, shall designate or appoint a person to serve as a member of the Northeastern Resources Commission. Said commissioner shall serve for a term of 4 years. Any vacancy in said office shall be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term.
