§ 484:3 — Appointment of Commission
New Hampshire·Title L WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION·Ch. 484 WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION COMPACTS·Subdivision Connecticut River Flood Control Compact
Within 30 days after such agreement or compact shall have become effective as provided in RSA 484:2, the governor shall, with advice and consent of the council, appoint 3 members of the Connecticut River Valley Flood Control Commission, one of whom shall serve until May 1, 1952, and one of whom shall serve until May 1, 1953, and one of whom shall serve until May 1, 1954. In the month of April, 1952, and each year thereafter, the governor, by and with the advice and consent of the council, shall appoint one member of the said commission, whose term of office shall be 3 years from and after May 1 of the year in which he is appointed.
