§ 48:11 — Jurisdiction
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 48 CITY OFFICERS·Subdivision City Marshal
The authority of the marshal, assistant marshals, collector, constables, police officers and watchmen shall extend through any ward and to every part of the city.
