§ 479:16 — Decree; Record
New Hampshire·Title XLVIII CONVEYANCES AND MORTGAGES OF REALTY·Ch. 479 MORTGAGES OF REALTY·Subdivision Performance of Conditions and Redemption
Upon such amount being brought into court and lodged with the clerk, the court shall decree that the mortgage be discharged, and a copy of such decree recorded in the registry of deeds for the county in which the lands lie shall have the same effect as a release duly executed by the mortgagee.
