§ 479:18-c — Nature of Authority
New Hampshire·Title XLVIII CONVEYANCES AND MORTGAGES OF REALTY·Ch. 479 MORTGAGES OF REALTY·Subdivision Extension and Reamortization of Mortgage Loans to Veterans
The powers and privileges conferred by RSA 479:18-a shall be deemed cumulative and are not intended to modify or supersede any such powers or privileges already available, in whole or in part, under other statutes or at common law.
