§ 479:27 — Mortgagee May Buy
New Hampshire·Title XLVIII CONVEYANCES AND MORTGAGES OF REALTY·Ch. 479 MORTGAGES OF REALTY·Subdivision Foreclosure of Power of Sale Mortgage, or Sale Under the Power
A mortgagee selling under a power contained in a mortgage may be a purchaser at the sale, unless the mortgage contains a provision to the contrary.
