Text

I. A principal may terminate a supported decision-making agreement at any time. Such termination may be accomplished by any of the following actions by the principal:

(a)Providing written notice to all of the supporters named in the agreement.
(b)Verbally expressing the intent to terminate the agreement in the presence of 2 adult witnesses. II. A supporter may withdraw from a supported decision-making agreement by providing written notice to the principal. If the principal does not use a written form of communication, actual notice of the supporter's withdrawal shall be provided using the type of communication used by the principal. When a supporter withdraws from a supported decision-making agreement and there is no remaining supporter, the agreement is automatically terminated. III. A
