§ 455:1 — Appointment
New Hampshire·Title XLII NOTARIES, COMMISSIONERS, JUSTICES OF THE PEACE, AND ACKNOWLEDGMENTS·Ch. 455 NOTARIES PUBLIC AND COMMISSIONERS·Subdivision Notaries Public
Notaries public shall be appointed by the governor, with advice and consent of the executive council, and shall be commissioned for 5 years.
