§ 436:9-a — Appointment
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 436 DISEASES OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Subdivision State Veterinarian
The commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food shall appoint a graduate of a veterinary college of recognized standing, who shall have had at least 5 years' experience in the practice of veterinary medicine, including large animal practice, and who shall be known as the assistant state veterinarian.
