§ 436:90 — Rulemaking
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 436 DISEASES OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Subdivision Livestock Events
The commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food shall adopt rules under RSA 541-A, relative to:
I.The method of levying the administrative fines under RSA 436:88-a, II.
II.The drugs, stimulants, or appliances that are prohibited in a livestock event.
