§ 436:10 — Regulated
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 436 DISEASES OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Subdivision Importation of Bovines
No person shall bring, cause to be brought, ship, or cause to be shipped into this state any bovine without the written permission of the commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food, except those for immediate slaughter at establishments where state or federal inspection is maintained; and such animal shall be held in quarantine at its destination or other designated place until released by the commissioner.
