§ 425:19-i — Failure to Keep Records
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 425 THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, MARKETS, AND FOOD·Subdivision Capital Improvement Program for State Fairs
The failure to keep financial records shall be considered sufficient cause for the commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food to withhold the distribution of funds.
