§ 425:19 — Repairs
New Hampshire·Title XL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY·Ch. 425 THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, MARKETS, AND FOOD·Subdivision Commissioner of Agriculture, Markets, and Food
In case of partial or total destruction of the building by fire or otherwise, the commissioner may make needed repairs or replacement, with the approval of the governor and council, and may use the proceeds of any insurance.
