Text
No provisions of this title relating to investments shall be preempted by the provisions of the federal Secondary Mortgage Market Enhancement Act of 1984 (15 U.S.C. § 77r-1). The provisions of this title specifically pertaining to, or otherwise affecting, investments of the type specified in the federal Secondary Mortgage Market Enhancement Act of 1984 shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the provisions of the Secondary Mortgage Market Enhancement Act of 1984.
