§ 402:11 — Information
New Hampshire·Title XXXVII INSURANCE·Ch. 402 INSURANCE COMPANIES AND AGENTS·Subdivision Licenses to Local Companies
Before a license is granted to the company it shall file with the commissioner a certified copy of its charter and bylaws, a certificate giving the amount of capital paid in in cash, and a full statement, under oath of its president and secretary, showing its financial standing and condition in accordance with blanks furnished by the commissioner, and such other information in relation to its condition as may be required by the commissioner.
