§ 402:1 — Members' Liability
New Hampshire·Title XXXVII INSURANCE·Ch. 402 INSURANCE COMPANIES AND AGENTS·Subdivision Mutual Companies
Members of mutual insurance companies shall not be individually liable to pay any debts of their respective companies, beyond their liability to assessments for losses occurring therein, nor to such assessments beyond the amount of their deposit notes.
