Text

Whenever the commissioner is of the opinion that any such cause for revocation exists he shall file a petition against the company in the superior court of the county in which it has its principal place of business, praying for a decree of forfeiture and for a settlement of its affairs, which shall be entered and prosecuted according to the course of equity proceedings.
