§ 402:30-b — Misconduct
New Hampshire·Title XXXVII INSURANCE·Ch. 402 INSURANCE COMPANIES AND AGENTS·Subdivision Dissolution of Companies
If an insurance company organized under the laws of this state shall be guilty of gross waste, misconduct or negligence in the management of its affairs, its charter or authority to do business shall be liable to forfeiture as provided in this subdivision.
