§ 402-A:9 — Regulations on Solicitation of Proxies
The insurance commissioner has the power to make reasonable rules and regulations concerning the solicitation by mail, or otherwise, of any proxy, consent, or authorization in respect of any stock of any domestic stock insurance company.
