Text
Corporations subject to regulation by the insurance commissioner shall not be subject to the requirements of RSA 293-A:4.01(a)(1) pertaining to the designation of the corporate status and the corporate name but shall be subject to all other provisions of RSA 293-A:4.01, except that any filings, including trade names, shall be subject to the examination by and approval of the insurance commissioner before filing with the secretary of state.
